នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ៧កើត ខែមិគសិរ ឆ្នាំរោង ឆស័ក ព.ស ២៥៦៨ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី០៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិបច្ចេកទេស (NTTI), ឯកឧត្តម ឡា វិបុល អនុប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល សមាគមមិត្តយើង (MYA) បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ក្នុងពិធីបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ស្តីពី ការបង្កើនជំនាញរចនាបរិក្ខារត្រជាក់ ប្រព័ន្ធបណ្តាញអគ្គីសនី ប្រព័ន្ធទឹក និងប្រព័ន្ធអគ្គីភ័យក្នុងអគារ “MEPf Design Upskilling Towards International Standard” ដោយមានការចូលរួមសហការពី វិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិបណ្តុះបណ្តាលបច្ចេកទេស (NTTI) និងក្រុមហ៊ុន TEAMS Co., LTD ក្រោមការគាំទ្រដោយ មូលនិធិអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជំនាញ (SDF) ។
ក្រុមហ៊ុន TEAMS បានបញ្ជូនបុគ្គលិកផ្នែករចនាប្លង់ បរិក្ខារត្រជាក់ ប្រព័ន្ធអគ្គីសនី ប្រព័ន្ធទឹក និងប្រព័ន្ធអគ្គីភ័យចំនួន ២៤នាក់ ដើម្បីបង្កើន និងពង្រីកសម្ថភាពចំណេះ និងជំនាញរបស់ពួកគេ លើជំនាញចំនួន ៣សំខាន់ៗ ១.) បង្កើនជំនាញ “Upskills” បុគ្គលិក ដែលកំពុងធ្វើការងារលើជំនាញនេះស្រាប់ ២.) គាំទ្រដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចិរភាពនៃវស័យឯកជន តាមរយៈមូលនិយោជិត និង ៣.) ជម្រុញកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ រវាងវិស័យសាធារណៈ និងវិស័យឯកជន (Public-Private-Partnership) ។
តាមរយៈវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ នឹងបង្កើនសមត្ថភាពរបស់ឱ្យកាន់តែមានគុណភាពខ្ពស់ ក្នុងកម្រិត ស្តង់ដារ ពិភពលោក “MEPf Design Upskilling Towards International Standard” ។
On Saturday morning, December 7, 2024 (7th of Migasir, Year of Roang Chasak, B.E. 2568), at the National Technical Training Institute (NTTI), His Excellency La Vibol, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the My Friends Association (MYA), presided over the opening ceremony of the training program titled “MEPf Design Upskilling Towards International Standard.” This program focuses on improving skills in designing air conditioning, electrical, water, and fire systems in buildings.
The training is a collaborative effort between NTTI and TEAMS Co., Ltd., with support from the Skills Development Fund (SDF). TEAMS Co., Ltd. contributed 24 staff members specializing in MEPf Design, Electrical, Water, and Fire Systems to participate in the program. The initiative aims to:
- Enhance the skills of existing staff.
- Support sustainable private sector growth by investing in employee development.
- Strengthen Public-Private Partnerships.
This program equips participants with the expertise needed to meet international standards, reinforcing TEAMS’ commitment to professional excellence and innovation in MEPf design.
